31st January.

A great entertaining evening was had with Adrian and Vanessa Herring. They gave us a talk all about their own personal photography, called 'Diffferent Views'. What a superb range of photographs and both with such individual 'takes' on the same subject.

24th January.
We had our Judges Forum night with Judge Andrew Lawrence. Always a well attended night, we had a great evening and learned a lot about what makes a good photograph stand out from the rest.

January 10th.
We had a fantastic evening with George Reekie. His talk was 'from the Galapagos Islands to Norton Fitzwarren'. What a superb selection of digital images. George showed us some of his many amazing photographs from abroad and home.

January 3rd.
Welcome Back with Members Images. Always good to see what was taken over the Christmas period.

December 6th.
Saw our Annual Multi-battle. This had 4 clubs - North West Bristol, Norton Radstock, Thornbury, and ourselves battling it out to win! Our Judge was Bill Aven LRPS, DPAGB, APAGB. It was a very close fought thing, with North West Bristol winning with 270 points. There was only 15 points between it. We all had a great evening! November 29th.
This was a very special evenings entertainment for us, as we had Neil Richards. Neil is a superb videographer who specialises in 3D! We all gasped at his amazing videos! We also got to view them through a 3D TV, with 3D glasses on! Neil's talk was very interesting indeed, and he even brought along his 3D camera.

November 23rd,
was our monthly Judges Forum with David Southwell ARPS. David was a very experienced judge, and we all learned lots from his constructive comments.

November 8th.
Ken Tapley give us a very informative talk on 'Photographic Paper Coatings', What a fascinating subject. Huge thanks to Ken!

November 1st was our DPIC and Multi-battle selection night. Members chose our entries.

October the 25th.
We had our monthly Judges Forum, with John Bjergfelt LRPS. Lots of members put in images, both digital and prints. What a brilliant selection!

On October 11th,
We had another club very local to us coming to entertain us. A1 club. They meet in St Georges, Weston. We all learned a lot, and saw some great photography. Thanks to keith and his club for putting on such a great evening.

October 4th.
We had a superb Portrait 'Low Key' evening, with models. Huge thanks to our 3 great subjects for the night - Christina, Liam and Garth. Ian and Sally organised the evening and Ian was on constant standby to help anyone who needed it. Thank you Ian! It was appreciated immensely. We all got some great shots for our portfolios.

September 27th.
Huge Thanks to judge Keith Spicer, who stepped in at the last minute for this week's Judges Forum! We all learned such a lot from Keith's obvious experience, and all present said what a good evening it was!

September 13th 2011.
We had our first night back! It was a nice evening, with members showing the digital images and prints they had taken over the Summer break. Clifford showed us a free image viewer program and we also discussed the finer merits of some online printing companies.
